This is a known issue. XeXMenu creates a savegame on your HDD that can sometimes become corrupted. To fix this, go to the official Xbox 360 dashboard, navigate to Settings > System > Storage , find your HDD, and look for a savegame called "Unknown Xbox Game" . Delete it.
