Launch Resident Evil 5, then Alt-Tab out to launch the trainer executable as an administrator.

The camera mod is technically a DLL injector. While it is not a cheat, some anti-cheat software flags it. Do not use this mod if you play the Versus multiplayer DLC online. Use it strictly for campaign or Mercenaries solo mode.
