This often happens when a style uses instrument voices that don't exist on the PSR-E473. Styles from keyboards like the Tyros or Genos may use "MegaVoices" – complex, multi-layered instrument samples that the E473's sound engine cannot reproduce. When this happens, you may need to manually edit the style using software to reassign voices that exist in the E473's sound set.
Check the Voice Assignment: If you load a style and a specific instrument sounds completely silent or odd, it means the style is calling for a premium voice that doesn't exist on the PSR-E473.
