The version of AlcorMP you downloaded does not have the database file for your specific NAND memory chip.
If the tool hangs at "Pretest 0%" for more than 2 minutes, close the software, short the two test points on the PCB (pins 29 & 30 of the NAND), and re-insert. This forces ROM mode.
